Terms of Service

We provide business email hosting — mailboxes on your own domain, daily backup, spam and virus filtering — billed annually, along with optional domain registration.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information (name, email, phone, domain) when ordering — we may be unable to fulfill your order otherwise.

Plans are billed annually, in advance, via PayTabs (card, mada, Apple Pay) or bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are activated once our team verifies your payment receipt against our bank statement, which may take up to 1–2 business days. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.

If you order a new domain through us, registration is subject to the relevant domain registry's own rules and availability at the time of processing — occasionally a domain becomes unavailable between checkout and registration, in which case we'll contact you to choose an alternative or refund that portion of your order.

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, engage in phishing, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where practical.

We target 99.9% uptime and monitor the platform around the clock, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate service-level agreement has been signed with you.

We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.

We back up mailboxes daily as part of the service, but you're responsible for maintaining your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. We're not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected order in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
