Once your order is approved, our team configures your domain's mail records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) and creates your mailboxes. We'll email you your webmail address and IMAP/SMTP settings for desktop and mobile mail apps once setup is complete.

Use the webmail link and credentials in your setup email to sign in from any browser, or add the account to Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, or your phone's mail app using the IMAP/SMTP settings we send you.

Sign in to your Dashboard to see your current mailboxes, or contact support to add mailboxes, change storage tiers, or remove a mailbox that's no longer needed.

Every mailbox is backed up daily as part of your plan. If you need something restored, contact support with the mailbox and approximate date.

Your Dashboard shows your order history and payment status. For a formal invoice or a billing question, contact support with your order ID.
